What is the entry fee?

The entry fee is R55. This gets you into the event and an awesome finisher's medal which can be collected from one of our partner stores after the event.

Where can I walk?

As it is a virtual event, you can literally walk anywhere in the world - around your garden, the block or even on the treadmill - as long as you are complying with local governmental COVID-19 regulations.

Do I get a race number?

Yes! We will e-mail you your own personal race number once you have registered. You will get PDF for printing and a cool image for sharing on your social media account.

What time do I start?

You may walk at ANY time on the day of the event subject to local government COVID-19 regulations.

Is there a cut-off time?

There is no cut-off time - you simply have to complete your chosen distance on the day.

Can I change my distance?

Yes, you may login to your entry and change your selected distance at any stage. There is no extra fee to do this.

Will there be results?

Yes! Walk The Talk will archive and present all the results from all the events. The results will also be available in the UltimateLIVE app where you can subscribe to finish notifications for the walkers you want to follow.

Will I get a medal?

Once you have finished the event of your choice, you will receive an awesome virtual personalized medal by e-mail, that you can share on your social media platforms. Also, all finishers will be able to collect a "real" medal from one of our partner stores after roughly 4 weeks.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes - you will be emailed your personal finisher's certificate once you have completed the walk.
